How quickly can I have my tyre(s) fitted?
The majority of our orders are fitted the same day or next day within our detailed map area.

Do the prices quoted include fitting?
We have two pricing systems, one for mail order only which will not include fitting but includes postage and packaging within the UK mainland and vat, and one which is for a fully fitted service and includes a new valve, electronic wheel balancing, old casing disposal and vat.

How do I pay for my fully fitted tyres?
Please pay the fitter on completion of the fitting. We accept cash, cheques, debit and credit cards.

When can I expect delivery of my tyres and how much will it cost?
The normal delivery time for mail order tyres is 3-5 working days. You will be informed if there are any delays or your chosen tyres are unavailable. Postage and packaging within the UK mainland is already included in the tyre price. Deliveries outside this area will incur extra postage charges. Please call 01925 722855 for details of the extra delivery charges.

Can I get a quote for motorcycle tyres?
We do supply and fit some motorcycle tyres, normally scooters and smaller bikes. Please call 01925 722855 to see if we cater for your type of motorcycle and to obtain a quote.

What do I do if I’ve ordered the wrong tyre size by mistake?
Please call 01925 722855 to change the tyre size ordered. It is your responsibility to ensure that the tyre size ordered is the correct fitment for your vehicle.

Are the tyres guaranteed?
All tyres are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the tyre, to the minimum tread depth 1.6mm.

Do you do tracking?
Unfortunately due to being a mobile service we are unable to undertake tracking.

Do you supply any other products?
Yes, we also supply and fit batteries. Please call 01925 722855 for a quote giving all details of the vehicles including make, model, engine size, year of manufacture and if a diesel or petrol model.

Is the payment method safe to use?
Yes, if you have your tyres fitted by us the fitter will take payment on completion of the job. We take several forms of payment including cash, cheque, debit or credit card payments. If you buy your tyres on a mail order basis payment will be taken over the telephone or securely online using a major debit or credit card.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not happy with your purchase please call 01925 722855 to make arrangements for you to return your tyre(s). This must be done within 7 days of receipt and the tyre(s) must be unused and undamaged. Please supply the original receipt with the tyre(s) and we will exchange or give a refund.
